Employers

Find dependable workers, wherever you're located.

SkillsBridge Talent connects Australian employers with trained, skilled international candidates who are ready to work and open to relocating anywhere in Australia — including rural and remote communities. We currently service the Ageing & Disability Services and Hospitality sectors (including qualified cooks), with plans to expand into construction and engineering. As the talent division of SkillsBridge Global, we work closely with our CRICOS-registered training arm, GeSS Education, as well as other training pathways, so every candidate we introduce has come through a structured, verifiable process.

What We Offer

3

A Pipeline of Work-Ready Talent

We build and maintain a candidate network across each of our service sectors, so employers can meet candidates and plan ahead — rather than starting a search from zero once a role opens. - A growing pool of trained, skilled candidates across Ageing & Disability Services and Hospitality, with construction and engineering pathways in development - Candidates drawn from our affiliated training partner, GeSS Education, as well as other qualified and skilled candidates in our broader network - Candidates open to relocating nationally, including rural and remote placements - A candidate profile pack for each intake — numbers, qualifications, English proficiency levels and relocation preferences — so you can assess fit early - Where candidates are still completing training, early introductions ahead of course completion so your hiring and sponsorship timelines can align with theirs

Workforce Planning, Built Around Your Growth

Staffing needs rarely arrive all at once, and neither does our pipeline. We work with you to map out your hiring needs over the next one to three years — whether that's steady replacement of turnover, a planned expansion, or opening a new site — and build a candidate pipeline to match, so people are ready to interview or employ as each stage of your growth arrives, not scrambled for after the fact. - A staged workforce plan aligned to your timeline, not a single one-off placement drive. - Candidates progressing through readiness in step with your projected hiring dates, so they're interview-ready when you need them. - Visibility into your pipeline at each stage, so you always know who's coming and when. - Flexibility to scale the plan up or down as your actual growth unfolds.

Ready to Go Where You Need Them

We know that some of the hardest roles to fill are the ones furthest from a capital city. Every candidate in our network is open to relocating anywhere in Australia, including rural, regional and remote locations — so a location that's ruled out most local applicants doesn't have to rule out yours. - Candidates who have already opted in to relocation as part of joining our network, not a hope you'll need to negotiate later. - A genuine fit for employers in rural and remote communities who've historically struggled to attract candidates through local channels alone. - The same workforce readiness, document preparation and settlement support wherever a candidate ends up placed. - Settlement guidance that accounts for the practicalities of regional and remote life, not just a capital-city move.

Job-Ready From Day One

Every candidate in our network has been through our Workforce Readiness Program before they reach your shortlist. That means less onboarding friction and a smoother start for your team. - Clear, easy to read résumés, and no waiting for applicatyion closing dates. Instant candidate to review. - Grounding in Australian workplace communication and everyday workplace etiquette relevant to their industry. - An introduction to the culture, expectations and workplace/OH&S standards of Australian employers in their sector. - Working knowledge of the digital tools used day to day, including rostering and job-search platforms. - Qualifications and supporting documents already organised and ready for review.

A Smoother Path to Sponsorship

We help keep things moving on the practical side, so your team can focus on the decisions that matter. - Candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling and coordination support. - Liaison with our appointed migration lawyer to help keep documentation and timelines on track (general coordination only — individual migration advice is always provided by a qualified migration lawyer or registered migration agent). - Every introduction is just that — an introduction. Your organisation makes its own independent decision on who to interview, employ, nominate or sponsor.

Support That Doesn't Stop at Placement

Our involvement doesn't end once a candidate accepts a role. We stay in touch to help the placement succeed for both sides. - Check-ins during the new hire's probation period - General settlement guidance — orientation, accommodation, banking, driver's licences — separate from any visa-related matters. - Pathways for candidates to progress toward further qualifications relevant to their industry, supporting longer-term retention.
