• This fee pays for employer introduction/s and readiness services — coaching, training and document support — not for a job, sponsorship or visa outcome.

• Employers make their own independent decisions about who they interview, employ, nominate or sponsor.

• We do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, nomination, visa approval or migration to Australia.

• Refunds reduce on a schedule as the program progresses — full details in our separate Refund Policy.

• Joining is optional and has no effect on your GeSS Education enrolment or progression.

• None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

About the Program

SkillsBridge Talent (SB Talent) and GeSS Education are affiliated entities operating under the SkillsBridge Global group. The Workforce Readiness Program is delivered by SkillsBridge Global's talent division, SkillsBridge Talent, separately from your GeSS Education academic studies and its Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Participation is optional. It is offered as an additional service and opting in or out has no effect on your enrolment or progression in your GeSS Education course.

 

Program Fee

1. The fee covers genuine participant-support services such as workplace-readiness preparation, candidate profiling, résumé and interview preparation, communication and cultural-readiness support, document-readiness assistance, progress monitoring and general program coordination.

2. SkillsBridge Talent may introduce eligible participants to prospective employers. An introduction does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, sponsorship, nomination or visa outcome.

3. Employers independently control their recruitment, employment and sponsorship decisions.

4. The participant fee does not include employer sponsorship, nomination or recruitment costs that are legally required to be paid by the sponsoring employer.

 

Refunds

Refund arrangements — including the refund schedule, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and how to request a refund — are set out in full in our separate Refund Policy. In brief:

1. Refund applications must be made in writing and will be assessed under the SkillsBridge Talent Refund Policy, this agreement, and Australian Consumer Law.

2. No refund is payable merely because a participant does not receive employment, sponsorship, nomination or visa approval — these outcomes are not guaranteed and are outside SkillsBridge Talent's sole control.

3. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a participant's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Complaints & Appeals

1. Participants should raise concerns promptly with their SkillsBridge Talent Manager.

2. Program-related matters should first be discussed with the Manager. Fee matters should be directed to SkillsBridge Talent administration.

3. Participants may access SkillsBridge Talent's complaints and appeals process without disadvantage. Details are available on request from SkillsBridge Talent.

 

No Guarantee of Outcomes

SkillsBridge Talent does not guarantee employment, employer sponsorship, nomination, visa approval, migration to Australia or permanent residence.

Privacy

1. SkillsBridge Talent (under SkillsBridge Global) will collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with SkillsBridge Global's privacy policy, applicable privacy legislation and its published privacy policies.

2. Participants must ensure their contact details remain current.
